Founding Documents

The founding documents (The Declaration of Independence, The Articles of Confederation and The Constitution) are available online on a variety of websites. Two of the best are the site of The United States Constitution Online and the Avalon Project at Yale Law School. The Constitution is also available in the Sullivan and Gunther casebook at Appendix A.
